जीवन रक्षा अभियान हा सामाजिक उपक्रम शिवम् हेल्थकेअर ऑर्गनायझेशन,शिवम् हॉस्पिटलच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने राबवीत आहे. यामध्ये मॉडिफाइड बेसिक लाइफ सपोर्ट ट्रेनिंग सर्वांना मोफत देण्यात येणार आहे. जर अचानक कोणीही बेशुद्ध झाले व त्यांची हृदयगती थांबली तर अशा रुग्णाला जाग्यावरती मॉडिफाइड बेसिक लाइफ सपोर्ट प्रोटोकॉलप्रमाणे ट्रीटमेंट मिळालीतर त्याचा जीव वाचण्याची शक्यता तिपटीने वाढते. यासाठी आजूबाजूच्या लोकांमध्ये एक- दोन तरी असे लोक हवेत ज्यांना
modified BLS protocol ची माहिती आहे व ते व्यवस्थित करता येत आहे. यासाठी व्यापक प्रमाणावर जनजागृती होणे आवश्यक आहे. ही जनजागृती करण्याचा विडा आम्ही उचलला आहे.
यामध्ये आम्हाला आपल्या मोलाच्या साथीची गरज आहे.

या अभियानांतर्गत आम्ही खालील प्रशिक्षण कोर्स मोफत घेणार आहोत.
1) जीवन रक्षक (First Responder): या कोर्समध्ये आपल्याला मॉडिफाइड बेसिक लाइफ सपोर्टचे पूर्ण प्रशिक्षण मोफत दिले जाईल. या नंतर आपल्याकडून प्रात्यक्षिक करून घेतले जाईल. यानंतर एक छोटीशी चाचणी घेतली जाईल ज्यामध्ये उत्तीर्ण झाल्यास आपल्याला जीवनरक्षक म्हणजेच "फर्स्ट रिस्पॉन्डर" प्रमाणपत्र दिले जाईल.
2) जीवन रक्षा प्रशिक्षक (Modified BLS Trainer): याकोर्समध्ये आपल्याला हृदयाचे कार्य कसे चालते, फुफ्फुसाचे कार्य कसे चालते याबद्दलची माहिती म्हणजेच अॅनाटॉमी आणि फिजियोलॉजी थोडक्यात शिकवले जाईल व मॉडिफाइड बेसिक लाइफ सपोर्टचे पूर्ण प्रशिक्षण मोफत दिले जाईल. यानंतर आपल्याला इतर लोकांना मॉडिफाइड बेसिक लाइफ सपोर्टचे ट्रेनिंग कशाप्रकारे देता येईल हे शिकवले जाईल. या नंतर आपल्याकडून प्रात्यक्षिक करून घेतले जाईल. यानंतर एक छोटीशी परीक्षा घेतली जाईल ज्यामध्ये उत्तीर्ण झाल्यास आपल्याला जीवन रक्षा प्रशिक्षक म्हणजेच मॉडिफाइड बीएलएस ट्रेनर प्रमाणपत्र दिले जाईल. या नंतर आपण इतर लोकांना जीवन रक्षा प्रशिक्षण देऊ शकता.
यामागे आमचा हेतू असा आहे की जास्तीत जास्त मॉडिफाइड बीएलएस ट्रेनर तयार करून सर्व लोकांपर्यंत हा प्रोटोकॉल पोहोचवणे. यामुळे मॉडिफाइड बेसिक लाइफसपोर्ट बद्दल जनजागृती करून आपण जास्तीत जास्त जीव वाचवू शकतो.

JEEVAN RAKSHA ABHIYAAN (MISSION SAVE LIFE)
Jeevan Raksha Abhiyaan (Mission Save Life) is being conducted in the joint venture of Shivam Healthcare Organization & Shivam Hospital. In this mission we conductModified Basic Life Support (BLS) courses in which free of cost training is provided to everyone.If a person suddenly becomes unconscious and stops breathing(his heartbeats stop) and if immediately the patient gets treatment according to modified basic life support protocol, then the chances of his/ her survival can be increased by three times. For this, one or two people present around, when the incidence happens, should know about the modified BLS protocol and they should be confident to provide proper treatment of Modified BLS.Mass public awareness is necessary for this to happen in reality. This is the reason why we have started this awareness campaign to reach over the masses.
We need your precious time to expand this campaign and take it to greater heights.

Following courses are provide free of cost in this campaign.
- Jeevan Rakshak (First Responder):This course is provided free of cost to everyone (there is no criteria of education).In this course we provide knowledge of modified Basic Life Support Protocols.After completion of theory part, we give live demonstration of Modified Basic Life Supporton manikin (statue). Apractical test is taken on manikin and if participant passes this test then he/ she will be provided certificate of “Jeevan Rakshak” (First Responder).
- Jeevan Raksha Prashikshak (Modified BLS Trainer):This course is provided free of cost to anyone who has passed 10th standard exam or equivalent. In this course we provide knowledge of Basic Anatomy and Physiology of heart, lungs and brain. After that standard and modified Basic Life Support Protocols are taught. Demo is given on manikins. Short exam is conducted with MCQS and practical demo of modified BLS on manikins. Trainers will have to attend 4 sessions for how to train others in modified BLS. They assist initially for practical demo in 2 sessions and theory in 2 sessions. After achieving proficiency in BLS Training they are certified as “Jeevan Raksha Prashikshak” (Modified Basic Life Support Trainer)
We are looking forward for your support so that maximum number of people will get training and maximum number of BLS trainers will be there in this society. By usingthis platform of Jeevan Raksha Abhiyaan we want to reach every single person. We want to create leaders who will take this mission forward independently and make it a mass public awareness program. In this way we can educate people and create social awareness so that maximum lives can be save by spreading this knowledge of Modified Basic Life Support.
